Geriatrics is a sub-specialty of internal medicine and family medicine that focuses on health care of elderly people. It aims to promote health by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults. Our primary focus is to maximize our patients’ physical and mental health. We seek to balance quality of life issues with the risks of any possible tests or treatments.
